Vince Gill is finishing 2018 with a string of tour dates. Although the legendary singer isn’t playing in Nashville, several dates are in driving distance.
The Country Music Hall of Famer had a big announcement on Tuesday when he revealed his tour dates for the rest of the year. Throughout most of this year, Gill has been on tour with the Eagles. That tour wraps up on Oct. 20 in Ohio.
Then, Gill will reunite with his bandmates for 28 tour dates. He’ll bring his incredible vocals and amazing guitar abilities onstage with bandmates Glenn Worf, bass; Billy Thomas, drums/vocals; John Jarvis, keyboards; Jeff White, guitar/vocals; Tom Bukovac, guitar; Jedd Hughes, guitar/vocals; Wendy Moten, vocals; and Paul Franklin, steel.
Of those 28 dates, several are within road trip distance from right here in Music City. On Sept. 29, they’ll perform in Ashland, Kentucky. There are early November dates in both Atlanta and Mobile and on Nov. 15 they’ll perform in Birmingham.
Head to Gill’s official website for a full list of tour dates and ticket information.
The last time we saw Gill was earlier this summer when he surprised the crowd during CMA Fest at the Concert for Love and Acceptance. Check that out here.
