Nicki Minaj Offers to Help Fans with College Expenses on Twitter

Nicki Minaj spent her Saturday night helping her fans in a big way. She offered to help some of them with their college expenses.

It all started when the “Regret in Your Tears” singer was doing a Q&A with her fans on Twitter. One fan tweeted Minaj with a unique question. He asked, “Well you wanna pay for my tuition?” The Grammy nominee obliged — on one condition.

She wanted to reward fans that were serious about school and the requests for help started rolling in.

The 34-year-old did change her stipulations a little when she realized how many people needed help. One fan needed $3,000 to cover three classes, another was a single mom that needed $500 for tuition and another needed $6,000 to pay for classes in the fall. Minaj took care of it all — and then some. You can see all the fans the Trinidadian-born helped on her Twitter timeline.

This isn’t the first time Minaj has made education a priority. She’s stressed the importance of it in the past, even to her youngest fans. This time she’s taking it into her own hands though and, according to TMZ, she’s already made good on some of her payments. The website is reporting that two people have received payments, including one of $800.

It doesn’t look like this will be the last time Minaj steps out to help her fans achieve their education goals and this is a celebrity good deed we can really get behind!
