Luke Bryan is the newest artist to announce a Nashville venue. Bryan’s will be the only six-floor entertainment venue in Music City and he’s calling it Luke’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink.
Bryan’s 30,000 square foot building, in partnership with TC Restaurant Group, will have a great location at the corner of 301 Broadway at 3rd Avenue. The entertainment space will have eight bars including Music City’s first multi-level rooftop bar. The rooftop sounds impressive too with a sushi menu, four live music stages and two restaurants.
The name, Luke’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink, was inspired by Bryan’s childhood home. The house he grew up in was near Route 32 Bridge in Lee County, Georgia. The new venue should be open sometime this month.
“When I first moved to Nashville I played several of the bars on the ionic Broadway Street,” he explains. “I never would have dreamt that I would one day be a part of a place that could offer the same dream to others. Because of Music City and the fans all across the country, the reality of this amazing venue has become possible.”
The bar will have great views and the food sounds pretty good, too. Chef Nick Phrommala will man the sushi bar and Chef Tomasz Wosiak was a big part of the venue’s signature restaurant menu. He created a menu inspired by Bryan and some of his favorites. There are unique twists on Southern and American cuisine like Hometown Pulled Pork, Luke’s Elk Burger with Red Dragon Cheese and more.
Of course, you can’t have a restaurant-venue without specialty drinks! There will be unique cocktails like the “Backstage” which has vodka and grapefruit — with or without salt. There’s also a “Play It Again” and “Luke’s Old Fashioned.”
