Casey James is going to be a dad again! The soulful singer announced the news on Instagram Tuesday night with the cutest photo.
James posted a photo of his daughter wearing black-rimmed glasses with her hair in pigtails holding a rather interesting book. The book’s title reads What to Expect When You’re Mommy’s Expecting (clearly it was photoshopped and is supposed to read What to Expect When You’re Expecting). The 35-year-old captioned the photo, “Caught my daughter catching up on some interesting reading.” He used the hashtags daughter, reading and big sister — which could only mean one thing. James and his wife, Kelli Pentzer, are expecting baby number two!
The photo quickly caused a commotion among his fans. They flooded the Instagram comments section with congratulations of their own. One wrote, “She will make a beautiful big sister.”
James and his wife welcomed their daughter early last year and although he keeps his private life pretty private, we occasionally get a glimpse at his dad life. He’s a doting dad both on and off stage. The Texas native can’t help but gush over his darling daughter and fans get to see photos of him and his baby girl on his Instagram.
