The country’s largest Chinese lantern festival is coming to the Nashville Zoo. It’s coming to light up your Music City winter on Nov. 15 and running through Feb. 2.
Zoolumination: Chinese Festival of Lights is more than 500 custom, silk lanterns spread across 60 acres. There will be holiday-themed scenes like the North Pole Village with nightly visits from Santa Claus. The zoo will be decorated with animal and flower scenes and a 200-foot-long dragon!
This isn’t just a night of unique fun for all ages, it’s also a great opportunity to learn about Chinese culture.
Tickets go on sale for members on Aug. 28 and for non-members on Sept. 4 and will be available here.
