Big news, Nashville! Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is opening its third scoop shop in town, this time in Germantown. They open on Thursday, Aug. 28!
If you’ve ever loved Van Leeuwen (and let’s be real, who hasn’t?), this spot is about to be your new obsession. They’re kicking things off with $1 scoops from 11 AM to 1 PM, and the first 100 people in line snag a free limited-edition tote.
The Germantown location will feature over 30 flavors, including fan faves like Honeycomb, Earl Grey Tea, and Black Cherry Chip. And they’ll have our favorite that you need to try immediately: Brown Sugar Cookie Dough Brownie. They’re also serving up custom sundaes, handmade ice cream sandwiches, root beer floats, milkshakes, and 14-ounce pints to go. Plus, there’s a full lineup of vegan flavors like Strawberry Shortcake and Peanut Butter Brownie Honeycomb.
For opening day, they’ve teamed up with Tailor Nashville for a limited-time Sicilian Pistachio Sundae featuring Vivek’s Nankhatai shortbread cookie. But hurry, it’s while supplies last. (Don’t judge us if you see us in line at 11 AM on the dot!)
