Vampire Diaries 10th Anniversary Convention Happens in Nashville

It’s the 10th anniversary of CW’s, The Vampire Diaries, and they’re celebrating with a convention in Nashville. The convention will also celebrate The Originals and Legacies at the Sheraton Music City Hotel Feb. 8 through Feb. 10.

Throughout the weekend, celebrity guests from the shows will be on hand. Joseph Morgan (Sunday), Ian Somerhalder (Sunday), Paul Wesley (Sunday), Matthew Davis (Sunday), Danielle Rose Russell (Sunday), Steven R. McQueen (Saturday), Summer Fontana (Sunday), Riley Voelkel (all three days) and Torrance Coombs (Friday) will have appearances. Micah Parker, who played Adrian on The Vampire Diaries, will host along with co-host Chase Coleman.

Aside from celebrity appearances, there will also be parties, music and more. House band Samurai Fish with Chase Coleman will play all three days. Friday night includes a karaoke party and Saturday night has a concert party with tentative celebrity guest performances (this requires a separate ticket). Fans can also expect costume and trivia contests, auctions of collectibles and preview of upcoming sci-fi TV shows and movies.

Tickets are available in advance or at the door. Tickets for Friday are $40 and $85 for Saturday and Sunday each. These are the general admission prices. The Saturday night concert is a separate ticket of $30. The show hours are Friday 12 PM to 6 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Sunday 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Keep in mind these hours are tentative.
