Desserts aren’t always simple but this mug cake is very easy and it only takes about 15 minutes. It makes one serving so you don’t have to worry about snacking on this for days. You only need smooth peanut butter, sugar, flour, baking powder and an egg for the cake. You bake it in the microwave in a coffee mug and top it with frosting (if you want a little extra sweetness). The frosting uses powdered sugar and chocolate syrup. Top that off with a few potato chips and you’re in peanut butter mug cake heaven!
The recipe was on Yearwood’s show and it earned her a five-star rating on the Food Network website. Ready to make your own mini cake? Head to the Food Network and prepare to be amazed!
