As usual, one Tin Pan South show will benefit a local non-profit organization. This year, Musicians Corner will benefit from the April show.
The 26th annual Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival is just around the corner. It happens right here in Nashville from April 3 through April 7 and is presented by Regions Bank. Every year, one show benefits a non-profit and this year that is the April 6 show. The money will benefit Musicians Corner, a program of The Conservancy for the Parthenon and Centennial Park. Kris Allen, Leigh Nash, Tony Lucca and Emily West will perform during the benefit.
“The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) has long been a promoter of Musicians Corner and worked with them for years cultivating Tin Pan South shows,” NSAI Senior Director of Operations Jennifer Purdon Turnbow says. “Our organizations have common goals and interests and we are happy to be able to more tangibly support Musicians Corner with a financial contribution this year that also allows us to work together creatively.”
This year, Tin Pan South will take place at 10 of Nashville’s best music venues. Their fast pass ticket options already sold out but, for shows not already at capacity, a cash admission ticket will be available. The Tin Pan South app is available for free and can provide you with up-to-the-minute festival information. The official festival website also has a ton of information for festivalgoers.
