Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival is right around the corner, believe it or not.
The festival is set for March 26 through March 30 right here in Nashville and this is their 27th year. The festival happens at 10 Nashville-area music venues and includes hitmakers from all genres. They’ll announce the lineup in the months to come. For anyone interested in performing, you can submit your application through Jan. 11 at the festival’s website.
This year’s venues were just revealed and they include three new spots. The Bluebird Cafe, The Local, Douglas Corner Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, The Listening Room Cafe, Station Inn

Tin Pan South favorites Tony Arata, Shawn Camp, Liz Hengber, Brett James, Georgia Middleman, Lee Thomas Miller, Victoria Shaw, Jeffery Steele, Craig Wiseman, Bob DiPiero and others will tell stories behind hit songs they’ve written. They’ll also perform them as they were originally written. Buddy Cannon, Barry Dean, Kara DioGuardi, Nicolle Galyon, Luke Laird, Lori McKenna, Rivers Rutherford, Amy Wadge and more will also perform their hot No. 1 hits.
Once again, Tin Pan South has partnered with Nashville’s Watkins College of Art to provide the official poster artwork. Students were given full creative license. They were asked to capture the sense of community, diversity
