Tim Rushlow and his big band will perform 10 shows at Rudy’s Jazz Room this December.
Tim Rushlow and His Big Band Classic Christmas is a holiday residency that happens right here in Nashville at the popular speakeasy. Rushlow, his all-star big band and his daughter, Bailey Rushlow, will be on the bill for the holiday spectacular. The residency promises to be cozy, warm and intimate while they perform Christmas classics and “Rat Pack” songs from legends like Frank Sinatra.
The music happens Dec. 6, 7, 8, 14 and 15. Showtimes for each night are 7 PM and 9:30 PM. Interested fans can grab general admission dinner and show tickets or special VIP dinner and show packages. The VIP package includes a gift bag, a meet and greet and an intimate pre-show performance with Rushlow.
Tim Rushlow and His Big Band Classic Christmas is presented by Rudy’s Jazz Room and Nashville’s 94.5 Hippie Radio. Along with the residency, the radio station with air a weekly one-hour radio show called “Tim’s Place.” Rushlow will host the show that debuts on Oct. 14 at 10 PM. During the show, he will showcase his favorite jazz and Great American Songbook Standards along with his own big band songs. Of course, you can expect his great sense of humor, intelligent musings about music and his quick wit.
