Thomas Rhett‘s Life Changes is already proving to be a big hit for the country singer.
Rhett is making waves for himself and for the genre on the Billboard 200 chart. The album is now his first-ever to climb to the top of that chart, a major deal for the singer. It’s also the first country album to go No. 1 on the all-genre chart this year! The album has pushed more than 123,000 units — something Rhett should definitely be proud of.
The new dad is the first country singer to achieve this feat since Jason Aldean, according to Billboard. Aldean climbed to No. 1 with They Don’t Know back in 2016 and stayed there for a week.
Life Changes is Rhett’s third studio album. He released the album on Sept. 8 via Valory Records. He first got fans excited about the release when he released a collaboration with Maren Morris. “Craving You” was a catchy lead single and they released a mini-movie with it that really got his Home Team pumped. “Unforgettable” is his newest release from the album.
Congrats to TR on this exciting accomplishment!
