The 1975’s ‘If You’re Too Shy’ Video is Reminiscent of Debut Album

The 1975 just dropped a new music video for their song, “If You’re Too Shy (Let Me Know).” The song is another new track from their forthcoming album, Notes on a Conditional Form, which drops May 22.

The black and white visual is a simple, yet effective one. In it, the band perform in front of white cinder block walls. Adam Powell directed the video that starts as a blurry throwback video before the group comes into focus.

If you’ve been following the band for any length of time, you may watch this and feel some deja vu. The new song has an 80s pop vibe that The 1975 relied on heavily for their debut album.
