The decade + Song Suffragettes show partners with Musicana and Hispanic Entertainment Alliance for a night of music featuring Latinas, Alyssia Dominguez, Angie K, Karina Daza, Kat Luna, MŌRIAH, and Song Suffragettes’ multi-instrumentalist, Mia Morris.

About the artists:
Angie K is a Salvadoran-American powerhouse blending country with her Latin roots, which can be heard in her newly released, self-titled EP. The Voice alum made her Grand Ole Opry debut last year and has been dubbed an “up-and-coming female artist to watch” by CMT. Follow her at @officialangiek.
Alyssia Dominguez is a Wisconsin-born singer-songwriter weaving her Mexican-American roots into modern country music. Drawing inspiration from her grandmother’s days in a local Tejano band, Dominguez has a unique “Latina Cowgirl” sound, which can be heard in her latest single, “En Boots.” Find her at @alyssiadominguez.
Karina Daza infuses her Colombian and Puerto Rican roots into her blend of Latin soul, folk-pop, and poetic lyricism. Daza was recently featured in the cover story of The Nashville Scene, and was chosen by Spotify as the cover artist for their “Fresh Finds Latin” playlist. Kat Luna, a first generation Cuban-American artist, brings powerhouse vocals and heartfelt passion to her Latin-infused country-pop sound. With appearances on “La Voz” and American Idol, Kat is now embarking on a new chapter as a solo artist. Earlier this year, Kat released her bilingual EP, ‘That Girl’ and was named one of Rolling Stone’s “25 Spanish-Language Artists We’re Rooting For in 2025.” Connect with her at @katlunamusic.
MŌRIAH’s Mexican heritage is evident in her work as an actress, producer (music + film), recording artist and songwriter. The Los Angeles native who now calls Nashville home, delivered her first single on October 4, 2024. The buoyant “Hasta Mañana” was first released in English, and on November 1, MŌRIAH released a Spanish version in honor of the Dia De Los Muertos holiday. Billboard says MŌRIAH’s “country sound, mariachi flair and dulcet vocal is both extremely promising and proudly confident.” The Tennessean says her music is “among the first to blend a strong Latin and mariachi influence into country music,” and Music Row Magazine’s Robert Oermann raves, “It’s high time we had a Latina country star.” MŌRIAH often points to the words of her grandfather who said, “‘La música no tiene fronteras’ which means ‘music has no borders.’” Connect with MŌRIAH at @hoamoriah.
Since moving to Nashville in 2017, Mia Morris has become well-known as a touring musician playing multiple instruments across several genres for artists including The Dead Deads, Beth Nielson Chapman, Pam Tillis, Lindsay Ell, G-Love, Jamie O’Neal, The Ataris, and GRLwood. Additionally, she has co-written and recorded projects with dozens of hit songwriters and well-known artists that include members of The All-American Rejects and Fountains of Wayne. While her first love is the drums, her musical talents continue expanding and include the bass, guitar, cajon, keys, ukulele, harmonica, and melodica. She has parlayed her unique multi-instrumentalist skills into a looping, one-woman band production captivating audiences everywhere she performs. Keep your eye on Mia.
