Snow Patrol’s 21-Date Headlining Tour Includes Ryman Auditorium Show

Fresh off their stadium tour with Ed Sheeran, Snow Patrol announced a 21-date headlining tour. Their tour stops right here in Nashville at the Ryman.

Snow Patrol’s 21-date tour travels through North America and stops in cities like Austin, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago and, of course, Music City. The tour kicks off on April 18 in Dallas and runs through May 21 when they end the tour in Los Angeles. On April 23, the band will play Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium.

Tickets for all of the shows, including the Ryman stop, are on sale now. You can grab tickets for that show on the venue’s official website.

Snow Patrol released, Wildness, their first album in seven years this spring. The band revealed they approached this record in a different way.

“I think it’s the first record I’ve ever written that I haven’t just asked a bunch of questions. I actually tried to figure out why I was unhappy, why I feel out of place, why I’m afraid,” lead-singer and songwriter Gary Lightbody explained.

Lightbody didn’t stray away from one difficult part of his life while creating the record. He faced his father’s battle with dementia head on and even put that battle front and center in the music video for, “Soon.” Watch the emotional video here (it’ll make you want to hug your dad).

See Snow Patrol perform more from Wildness when they’re at Ryman Auditorium on April 23. See the full list of their tour dates here. Download your own copy of their newest album by clicking on the album artwork below.
