Shaboozey is continuing his outlaw saga with the reveal of his upcoming album, The Outlaw Cherie Lee & Other Western Tales, arriving July 31.
Ahead of the album release, Shaboozey is giving fans another preview of the project with “Burn It Down,” a new collaboration with Leon Bridges, arriving today. The track is part of a larger body of work that blends country storytelling, hip-hop influence, and cinematic world-building into Shaboozey’s latest musical chapter.
The upcoming album follows the story of Cherie Lee, a woman driven by revenge after the murder of her sheriff father. As she sets out to track down the outlaw gang responsible, the journey unfolds into a tale of heartbreak, redemption, and the complicated choices that come with seeking justice.
Known for creating music that exists between genres, Shaboozey expands the world of The Outlaw Cherie Lee & Other Western Tales with collaborations that bring together voices from across country, R&B, hip-hop, and entertainment. The album features appearances from Kehlani, Gunna, Jamie Foxx, Sam Elliott, Orville Peck, Teyana Taylor, and Bridges.
