Reece is a singer-songwriter/rapper from South London with a unique sound that he shows off in a new music video for “Shot in the Dark.”
Reece is only 23 years old and he’s making quite a name for himself. He been busy writing and recording new tunes and, because of that, he now has a rapidly-growing fan base. His first-ever YouTube video has over a million views. He’s also got an impressive social media following (30K Twitter followers and 18K fans on Facebook). His style has been compared to The Streets, Drake, Ed Sheeran and you may hear a little Macklemore in there.
The English born rapper’s popularity really began to rise when he spit a verse in Dannii Minogue’s track, “Summer of Love,” back in 2015. That led to a tour where he supported the Australian singer. After the tour wrapped, Reece released his debut single, “Lifelong Love.” Now the song has over 35K streams on Spotify — something he did it without promotion. He’s obviously got something special and his new video proves it.
“Shot in the Dark” is the newest track from Reece and the music video for the song is now out. In the visual, he’s spitting his well-versed lyrics in posh digs, while walking the streets of London and even in selfie-style videos.
