Nashville’s The Big 98 has announced details of their annual Guitar-B-Que that benefits St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
The radio station recently announced the lineup for the seventh annual event that happens on Aug. 23. This year’s show will be at Ascend Amphitheater and it promises to be a lot of fun for a good cause.
Brett Eldredge, Chris Janson, Michael Ray and Devin Dawson are on this year’s lineup. If you haven’t had a chance to see Devin Dawson yet, you’ll definitely want to make sure you get to the show early. He’s the country newcomer you need to see. DJ Sinster will also be there spinning tunes in between sets so there won’t be a dull moment during the night.
The Guitar-B-Que 2017 concert will be a night you won’t forget but there’s more! There will also be a live auction full of country memorabilia and guitars up for grabs. Proceeds from that, and the show, raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
“Guitar-B-Que is Nashville’s annual excuse to meet and eat for St. Jude,” program director Gator Harrison says (quote via Inside Radio). “Ascend is the perfect backyard, Brett Eldredge is the ultimate party host and our Big 98 family of listeners will ensure another ‘Only in Nashville’ kind of unforgettable night.”
The Guitar-B-Que event continues to be successful year after year. Last year, they raised more than $25K for St. Jude and this year they want to beat that. If you can’t make the show and still want to donate, you can do so here.
Tickets for the event are now on sale via the Live Nation website. Lawn seats are available for $29.50 plus taxes. Seats start at $39.50 and go up from there.
