Greta Van Fleet kicked off their Starcatcher World Tour right here in Nashville last night at Bridgestone Arena. That’s just three days after the Michigan rock band released their newest record, Starcatcher.

Greta Van Fleet is made up of the Kiszka brothers (twins Josh and Jake, and their brother Sam) along with drummer Danny Wagner. We’ve been fans of the band since their early days and truly feel like they are on their A-game now. The sky is the limit for Greta Van Fleet.

We were on hand for their opening night and every aspect of the show blew us away. Their visuals and aesthetics are top notch with fun lighting, fire, sparklers and an impeccable stage design. The band’s wardrobe hinted at 1970s classic rock with mesh, big hair and vintage vibes.

This tour supports the band’s new record. Lead singer Josh Kiszka describes the new music by saying, “Starcatcher is a dangerous and delightful expedition into a both violent and gentle dreamlike landscape. A purgatory of duality where brutality and beauty clash like a thunderstorm of stillness. Neither fact nor fiction inhabit the far reaches of this surrealist world. A storybook for the fighters and lovers alike Starcatcher captures a certain wonder on the fringe of mayhem.”
