OK, I’ll admit it. I missed the preview party for Pastis Nashville because I was busy watching the College World Series (oops). But that doesn’t mean I’m not buzzing about this new addition to Wedgewood-Houston.
The beloved NYC-based Parisian brasserie officially opens its Nashville doors on June 26, and you can already make a Resy for dinner. The restaurant, part of the acclaimed STARR Restaurants group, brings timeless Pastis charm to Music City. Locals (including myself) are clearly excited because reservations are already filling up fast.

To start, Pastis will serve dinner seven nights a week, with lunch and brunch coming soon. The menu is led by Executive Chef Mark Coleman, whose résumé includes top New York City restaurants like Marea and Rezdora. He also spent three years honing his craft in Italy, so you know you’re in good hands.
The menu itself is a dreamy lineup of French classics — think escargot, tuna carpaccio, and onion soup to start, followed by dishes like duck confit, chicken paillard, and trout amandine. There’s even a daily rotating Plat du Jour, plus elevated comfort picks like a Croque Madame or a very French take on the cheeseburger. As for drinks, the bar program is just as curated as the food, with signature cocktails and a solid wine list that includes both by-the-glass and bottle options.
The Nashville space clocks in at a generous 8,400 square feet with 170 seats, a grand 18-seat zinc bar, and an outdoor patio set to open later this year. It’s located right on Houston Street, and honestly, it already feels like it’s going to be a new neighborhood staple.
