New Year’s Eve 2019: How to Celebrate in Nashville

We’re so close to a new year but first, we want to say goodbye to 2019 with some fun. Here are some New Year’s Eve 2019 celebrations in Nashville.

    My So-Called Band: 90s New Year’s Party

Our favorite 90s cover band, My So-Called Band, is taking over Cannery Ballroom once again. This time, it’s for the ultimate 90s New Year’s Party. Tickets to the event are $30 in advance and go up to $40 the day of the show. VIP tickets are also available for $100. Get tickets and see details here.

James Bond NYE at Bourbon Steak

Bourbon Steak Presents: Shaken not Stirred, a James Bond NYE Affair happens on Dec. 31 at the 8th Avenue restaurant. There are two ticket options this year. The first is a four-course menu with dish selections including King Salmon Crudo and Wagyu New York Strip. The second seating includes a five-course menu and party access. That menu includes food like the A-5 Wagyu Nigiri, Foie Gras Terrine and Miso-Glazed Black Cod. Find out more about the first seating menu here and the second seating menu here. Tickets are available here. Also, note that Bourbon Sky is open to the public from 4 PM to 8 PM with a la carte dining.

    F.A.F. at Lockeland Table

Lockeland Table is ditching the traditional holiday menu parties and, instead, transforming into a Fancy as F*** (F.A.F.) party. It happens Dec. 31 from 7 PM to 1 Am with haute cuisine created by Chef Hal Holden-Bache and his team. There will also be a champagne bar, specialty cocktails, a DJ and more.

    Jack Daniel’s Music City Midnight

Head to downtown Nashville and watch the music note drop at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. Keith Urban will headline the party once again along with Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, The Struts, Amanda Shires, Bren Joy, Kalie Shorr, the Fisk Jubilee Singers and DJ Dave Audé. Find out more about this fun, free event here.

    Gatsby’s House at Omni Hotel

Nashville’s Omni Hotel is throwing a Gatsby themed party for New Year’s Eve. Tickets include a five-hour prepaid bar, four spots for mingling, three event areas, two top-rated Nashville DJs and more! There’s also a VIP ticket option for an even swankier night. Tickets are available here.

    L.A. Jackson’s Midnight Hour

L.A. Jackson’s New Year’s Eve party will have one of the best views! The rooftop spot ticket includes an open bar, champagne toast and a late-night brunch. They encourage cocktail attire. Find out more here.

Dinner at TENN at Holston House

If you’re looking for a place to wine and dine before your New Year’s Eve party, TENN at Holston House is the place to go. Executive Chef Andrew Rodriquez has created a four-course menu that guests can enjoy for $75. Attendees will begin their dinning with amuse of Oysters pared alongside a grapefruit mignonette. Along with starters, like Steak Tartare or Ricotta Toast, guests can choose from an array of southern-inspired dishes such as a 12oz Bear Creek Ribeye or something more exotic like Deconstructed Shrimp & Grits. For desserts, guests can choose from a Miso-Banana Panna Cotta or Chocolate Tart. Included in the pre-fixe price is a glass of champagne. The dinner is Dec. 31 from 5 PM to 10 PM and reservations can be made online here or by calling (615) 392-1234.

    Glam Rock NYE Party

Enjoy an 80s style Glam Rock NYE party at Noelle. DJ Pia Ercole will be there along with a photo booth, dancers and an aura photographer/reader. It’s $125 for a general admission ticket including two drinks on entry, food stations and a champagne toast at midnight. There’s also a $175 VIP ticket (but there’s only 50) which includes an open bar, food stations and access to the VIP lounge overlooking the party. Tickets are available here. *This will also be the last day of Miracle at Hidden Bar.*

    NYE at lou

lou has created a four-course tasting menu for $75 per person. The menu is vibrant and unique with a nod to Latin American cuisine. Take a trip to the Mediterranean Sea with the four-course meal and 150-minute seatings with everything designed to be shared. When it comes to the food, think whole roasted branzino and chimichurri, lamb shank with pomegranate molasses, puffed barely with preserved lemon and sheep’s cheese, sweet potatoes with sumac and oregano and capers. There’s also an added wine pairing for an extra $45 per person. Make your reservation here.
