Two Nashville Restaurants Make Bon Appétit’s Top 50 Nominees List

Bon Appétit just announced their Top 50 Nominees for America’s Best New Restaurants. Two Nashville spots made the nominee list!

It’s been less than a week since the Condé Nast magazine revealed this year’s nominees and we are thrilled that two Nashville restaurants made the list. The list isn’t numbered and they’re still just nominees but Cafe Roze and Folk are both on it. Eateries in Atlanta, Houston, New Orleans, San Antonio, Austin and more also made the list. The full list of the 50 nominees is here.

Cafe Roze is an all-day cafe in East Nashville. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. They have specialty cocktails, tasty main dishes and shareable appetizers like avocado hummus, corn fritters and baby octopus.

Folk, on the other hand, is a “seasonally inspired” restaurant that considers itself “a place for everyone.” Their food menu includes seafood, meat, unique pizzas and more. Their dessert menu is enough to make you drool and they also have specialty cocktails.

These two are contenders of this year’s Hot 10 but will either make it? We’ll find out on Aug. 14 if either of these Music City restaurants earns a spot in the Hot 10. Stay tuned!
