Meghan Trainor’s The Timeless Tour Includes Franklin Show

Meghan Trainor announced The Timeless Tour, her first tour in seven years. She’ll play Franklin’s FirstBank Amphitheater on Sept. 10 and tickets go on sale March 22 at 10 AM on her website.

The tour isn’t the only thing Trainor announced. She’s also releasing a new album, Timeless, on June 14 via Epic Records.

“I cannot believe it has been 10 years since this all started, I have never been more grateful for this life that my incredible Megatronz have gifted me with,” Trainor says of her success before adding, “This new album and tour are all for them and my beautiful family.”

That’s right. It’s been a decade since Trainor’s “All About That Bass” success. This album celebrates her career and her growth since releasing that song. According to a release, this album has themes of self-love and empowerment and Trainor approaches them confidently.

Fans can hear the first sample of the new music in her song with T-Pain, “Been Like This.” Trainor is a huge fan of T-Pain and he worked with Trainor’s husband for months to surprise her for her birthday. He explains, “She’s been a fan of mine for a long time and the feeling is definitely mutual. I think we came together in a way that’s a perfect mesh of styles that will get everybody ready for us to work together again real soon. T-Pain and M-Train, the collab you never knew you wanted but needed.”

We can’t wait to hear this new music and see her at Franklin’s FirstBank Amphitheater on Sept. 10!
