Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint wants to make your Memorial Day easy. They’re selling ready-made meals that feed four to six for $94.99. A list of what they’re offering can be found below but a la carte options are also available.
If you’re interested in ordering, fill out this form by May 21 at 5 PM. Pick-ups start on May 22 and run through May 25. They will be packed and ready to go, either hot and ready or cold with warming instructions.
Memorial Day Meal Options:
Ribs & Que Meal
- Full rack of ribs (baby back or spare, Sweet Dixie Sauce or Memphis Dry Rub)
- Pulled pork (one pound)
- One quart of baked beans
- One quart of slaw
- One quart of potato salad
- One quart of banana pudding
- 12 slider buns
- Choice of beverage (gallon): sweet tea, unsweet tea or lemonade
Wings & Que Meal
- 30 wings (choice of Memphis Dry Rub, Alabama White, Sweet Dixie or Naked)
- Pulled pork (one pound)
- One quart of baked beans
- One quart of slaw

- One quart of banana pudding
- 12 slider buns
