Makready L&L at Noelle Nashville is coming back with another curated beer dinner on June 18. This time around, they’re collaborating with Bearded Iris and Modern Times for the brews.
This particular dinner will focus on two beers that are great in the summer heat: sours and hazy IPAs. Each brewery will bring three beers to the table. These beers will compliment six dynamic dishes created by the culinary team.
Sour beers are acidic, tart, highly carbonated and fruit forward while hazy IPAs are slightly bitter, floral and juicy. The complimenting six courses will be light and dynamic dishes that contrast savory, sweet and tart to accentuate the beer offerings. This delicious meal pairing will demonstrate how exciting the five taste receptors can be on the palate.
