This evening is going to be more unique than the other dinners because it’ll start with a beer and cheese reception. Blackberry Farm’s cheesemaker, Chris Osborne, will lead that which happens just before the five-course meal. The dinner will include Blackberry Farm’s Heritage Series and five dynamic dishes created by Makeready’s talented culinary team.
Their Beer Manager, Ben Ripani, took a few minutes to tell us all the juicy details about the August dinner.
Can’t make it but want to head to Makeready for a long lunch and beer? Ripani suggested getting the burger if you do. “It’s a dry-aged burger… nowhere else in town is kind of doing that,” he said before adding that he’d pair it with a classic pale ale or hazy IPA.
