Madonna, Calvin Harris, Zedd and More Celebrities Remember Avicii

News spread that Avicii died at the age of 28 on Friday and the music world was shocked. Celebrities like Madonna and Calvin Harris took to social media to pay tribute to the DJ.

Avicii’s publicist, Diana Baron, shared the news about Avicii’s untimely death on Friday. She issued an official statement saying he was in Muscat, Oman when he was found dead. Baron said the family wanted “privacy in this difficult time.”

Once word got out, fans, musicians, celebrities and athletes took to social media to remember him. They shared stores, photos and kind words about the Swedish DJ and producer.
