Now that the 2018 CMT Awards have been announced. Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Little Big Town and Kelsea Ballerini are just a few of the highlights.
The CMT Awards are now just a couple of weeks away and the performer list keeps getting better. Chris Stapleton, Kelly Clarkson, Sam Hunt, Bryan, Shelton and Ballerini will definitely take the stage at the June 6 award show. Now, the television station is announcing that Little Big Town will take the stage (as well as host the show). Backstreet Boys, Carrie Underwood, Dan + Shay, Florida Georgia Line and Jason Aldean are also the newest performers announced.
The collaborations this year sound extra special, too. In addition, Dierks Bentley will perform with Brothers Osborne, Darius Rucker with Bryan and Charles Kelley with Aldean.
Carley Pearce, Devin Dawson, LANCO, Lindsay Ell, Russell Dickerson and Walker Hayes will also perform this year. They’ve been announced for the Ram Trucks side stage during the show.
Earlier this month, CMT revealed the full list of CMT Awards nominees. This year, Aldean, FGL and Underwood have the most nominations with four each. Non-country artists like Bebe Rexha, Ludacris, Andra Day, Common and Backstreet Boys were also nominated. See the full list of nominees here.
