I was watching College GameDay this Saturday for the official kickoff of college football, so naturally, I was pretty happy when a little Nashville news popped up during the broadcast. Lainey Wilson announced that she’ll return to host the CMA Awards this November, marking her third consecutive year as the show celebrates its 60th anniversary.

The announcement came during ESPN’s College GameDay broadcast from LSU in Wilson’s home state of Louisiana. The timing also coincided with College GameDay’s milestone 500th show on the road, making it a pretty fitting weekend for Wilson to share the news.

Wilson will once again take the stage at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, Nov. 18, marking her third consecutive year as host and her second consecutive year hosting solo.

“I couldn’t be more excited to be hosting the CMA Awards again this year, especially with it being the 60th anniversary,” she gushes. “I’ve had so much fun hosting the last two years, and this one’s going to be extra special. Can’t wait to see y’all in November!”

The 60th Annual CMA Awards will broadcast live from Nashville at 7 PM CT on ABC and Disney+, with the show available to stream the following day on Hulu. We’ll get our first look at this year’s nominees Sept. 10, when CMA reveals the nominees beginning on Good Morning America, followed by a livestream on the CMA’s official YouTube channel.

Tickets for the 60th Annual CMA Awards go on sale Sept. 18.
