Kings Dining & Entertainment in Cool Springs just released their brand new cocktail menu. The new drinks have been added to their already unique beverage menu. They include premium ingredients and are sure to be crowd pleasers.
“This is the most refined menu shift that we’ve made in quite some time,” their director of beverage operations explains. “We took a cue from the incredible response we got when we revamped our beverage menu and tweaked each recipe to be a riff on a classic, done our way.”
Since the restaurant-bowling alley already had an impressive cocktail menu that guests raved about, they didn’t want to change it too much. Instead, they opted to make small upgrades to each drink. They now consider their beverage menu a full experience. To do this, they’ve upgraded their glassware to suit each beverage.
“All our martinis and effervescent cocktails will be served in a specially designed coupe glass. We’re also serving whiskey-based drinks like our Old Fashioned and Revolver in an etched rocks glass. It’s got a great weight to it and it’s the perfect way to enjoy quality whiskey.”
The 1.5 gallon Mai Tai is a standout on the new beverage list and it’s pictured above. It’s served in a large dispenser and is perfect for sharing. They also have a new Manhattan with Bulleit Rye, a Cold Brew Martini (also pictured above) and a Mojito with Bacardi Light Rum.
For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, Kings is now also offering Zero-Proof cocktails, made-to-order with the same high-quality ingredients and garnishes as their cocktails, without the alcohol.
