Watch Keith Urban’s ‘Heightened Reality’ Video for ‘Coming Home’

The brand new music video for Keith Urban and Julia Michael‘s collaboration, “Coming Home.” The mesmerizing video is a unique “heightened reality” concept that you’ve got to see to believe.

This isn’t the first time Urban has released a video that generates buzz. The singer is known for his great visuals and this one is no exception. For this one, in particular, he worked with award-winning director Andy Hines and the result is pure magic.

“The concept for the video was really Andy Hines’ idea,” Urban admits. “He suggested the heightened reality that we see in the video, which keeps it more like a dream — an idea, more than an actuality. It was also important to have Julia there — she’s great energy to be around and I love singing with her, so I wanted us to be on stage at the same time to capture that.”

“Coming Home” shows Urban from scene to scene seamlessly. Whether he’s in an apartment or climbing from a hole out into a gorgeous field. It’s a visual that both is cinematographically stunning and incredibly creative. Watch the full video for “Coming Home,” featuring Michaels, above.

“Coming Home” is from Urban’s newest album, Graffiti U. It was released last month on Hit Red and Capitol Records Nashville. The 15-track album also includes “Female” and “Parallel Line.” Download the full album by clicking on the album art below.
