Music, movies, and more! July has a lot to offer in Nashville, including our 4th of July celebration. Here’s what you should add to your calendar this month!
July 2025 Events in Nashville:
July 1 – The month starts strong with Avi Kaplan’s Move Our Souls Tour featuring Guthrie Brown. Get your tickets here (or you can upgrade to a VIP experience!).
July 3 – Cool off with Cheekwood’s Summer Afternoon Iced Teas! This adorable southern idea is available at Cheekwood’s Café 29. This is “tableside service features a selection of seasonal teas, savory bite-sized sandwiches, and freshly baked sweets for parties of 2 or 4 people.” Find out more here.
July 4 – We swear we didn’t forget about the 4th of July! Our roundup of July 4th events is finally here!
July 5 – Peach-infused brews? Say less. They’re available at the Peach Yo’ Self Summer Festival at Jackalope. The fest is child and dog friendly. They’ll have a DJ, games, a photo booth, vendors, and The Peach Truck! The fun starts at 12 PM until 12 AM. Find out more here.
July 7 – July 13 – It’s the most delicious week of the year! Nashville Scene‘s Burger Week is back and as delicious as ever. See the full list of participating restaurants here.
July 9 – Celebrate Tom Hanks’ birthday at the Franklin Theatre with Forrest Gump. Get your tickets for the 7 PM showing here (and get there early to secure some delicious movie theater popcorn).
July 10 – Do NOT let this one fly under the radar! Wooden Wisdom (aka Elijah Wood – yes, that Elijah Wood – and Zach Cowie) will have a DJ set with Sparkle City Disco on The Mainstage at Cannery Row. I haven’t been since they reopened, and I’m looking forward to checking it out! Get your tickets here.
July 11 – July 12 – Don’t miss the Crafty Bastards Arts & Crafts Fair, which is free to attend! See details on this year’s event here.
July 12 – Dave Barnes is celebrating 20 years of Brother Bring the Sun, and he’s bringing that celebration to 3rd & Lindsley. Jon McLaughlin is also on the bill, and tickets are on sale now.
July 14 – Get rid of the Monday blues with a little live music at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville! The 18+ show is headlined by New Found Glory with Action/Adventure. Get tickets here.
July 15 – Kesha’s T*ts Out Tour comes to Ascend Amphitheater on July 15 with Scissor Sisters. Get your tickets here. The demand for this one is high!
July 17 – I love Skinny Dennis and I love Paul McDonald, so I will be there for his show with The Mourning Doves and with Maggie Koerner as support. Tickets are affordable, so there’s no excuse to miss this one!
July 18 – This is the first night the Yeah Yeah Yeahs play Ryman Auditorium! Both nights start at 7 PM with different supporting acts each night. See more and get tickets here.
July 19 – Get ready to laugh (and enjoy a glass of wine) when Nashville Improv Comedy takes over City Winery Nashville. We’ve heard great things about their comedy. Get your tickets early and save.
July 20 – Catch the Goo Goo Dolls under the stars at Ascend Amphitheater because “you’re the closest to heaven that I’ll ever be” sounds even better live. Seriously, it does. Tickets are on sale now.
July 22 – Coldplay is finally coming back to Nashville, and it’s been a long time coming! I still remember seeing them at Starwood (RIP) back in the day. If anyone finds a ticket that doesn’t cost the same as my mortgage, hit me up immediately.
July 24 – I never miss American Aquarium when they play Music City, and you shouldn’t either. Get your tickets here!
July 25 – If you’ve never seen The Alabama Shakes live, now is your chance. This is another band that will be amazing to see under the stars at Ascend Amphitheater.
July 26 – Doors for Lord Huron are 7 PM with the show at 8 PM. Get tickets here.
July 27 – Come together for a Nashville Beatles Brunch at City Winery. Think of it as a Sunday Funday with mimosas, music, and all your favorite Fab Four hits. It’s the perfect way to twist and shout your way into the week!
July 31 – Catch The Vandoliers on the Row One Stage at Cannery Hall to round out the month. Get your tickets here.
