Jillian Jacqueline Releases Confident Anthem, ‘Bleachers’

Jillian Jacqueline’s new single, “Bleachers,” is here and it’s the confident anthem you need to hear today.

In honor of New Music Friday, Jacqueline released not only her single — but its video. The new track is insanely catchy so don’t blame us when you’re singing it all afternoon. Jacqueline co-wrote the upbeat song that celebrates individuality with Tofer Brown and Trent Dabbs. It’s a gentle reminder to always be proud of the person you are.

“I wanted to write something that felt like an anthem, a lighthearted ode to embracing individuality without sounding preachy,” she explains. “When I wrote it, I felt like using the dynamics of high school as a way to describe life shows how the ideas and beliefs we sometimes learn young get carried into adulthood and can prevent us from embracing the contrasts that actually make the world so uniquely beautiful. It’s the most fun to sing onstage.”

“Bleachers” is now available on all digital platforms and the music video for the song is a day in the life visual. It has a retro feel and takes viewers on a fun ride. Jacqueline takes us to photo shoots, recording sessions and on a shopping trip. Watch the beautifully retro visual below.

Check out Jacqueline’s “Bleachers” on iTunes now. You can also catch the country singer performing the song on the road with Dwight Yoakam during the month of July.
