We are so excited for this week’s New Music Friday, especially because it involves a country newcomer. There’s also a moving song from Demi Lovato, a night-out anthem from Kesha and Lil Nas X‘s new track with Nas. Let us introduce you to one of country’s newest voices — Joe Lasher. Lasher was born and raised in North Carolina with music in his blood. He just released “Messed Up” and the song is in anticipation of what’s to come for him in 2020. Grab a copy of the song here.
Today’s new music playlist also includes a moving song from Demi Lovato. It’s the same track she moved us all with during the 2020 Grammy Awards. “Anyone” is this week’s most powerful song.
Two other pop powerhouse singers released songs this week. Dua Lipa and Kesha are both on our list with “Physical” and “Tonight,” respectively. We’re getting a nod to the early days of Kesha with her upbeat party anthem. Play it loud when you’re getting ready for a girl’s night out.
Husband-wife country duo, The Dryes, also have a new song to kickstart 2020. They just released “Take You Dancin'” and we chatted with them about the track.
This week we’ve also included new songs from William Michael Morgan, Lil Nas X featuring Nas, Ashley McBryde, Carly Pearce, Hot Country Knights and Anna Mae.
