Details for the 2019 Andrew Marshall Dorff Memorial Concert are here! The second annual benefit concert happens Oct. 1 at City Winery with money benefitting the Andrew Marshall Dorff Memorial Fund. The fund helps local young people “find expert, specialty cancer care.”
This year, Hunter Hayes, Lori McKenna, Devin Dawson and Rachel Wammack will perform. Jeffrey Steele and Josh Osborne will also perform and more will be announced in the coming weeks.
“The evening will feature incredible performances by some of Andrew’s dear friends and co-writers,” Andrew’s dad, Steve Dorff, says. “We will be raising money for pediatric oncology initiatives at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, a cause dear to my son. My family and I look forward to celebrating and honoring Andrew’s memory with our Nashville music family.”
Tickets are on sale now and they start at $65.
According to a release, “all proceeds from the benefit concert will help advance Children’s Hospital’s ongoing mission of compassionate patient care, discovery research, and clinical training.”
