The details are here for Hot Country Knights‘ debut album, The K is Silent, and they’re better than we thought. The new forthcoming record is all original and features songs like “Moose Knuckle Shuffle,” “You Make it Hard” and more.
The K is Silent drops via Capitol Records Nashville on May 1 and we’re already counting down the days. Dierks Bentley produced the 10-track album and he’s a co-writer on seven of the songs. There are even a couple of familiar names on the record. There’s their previously released song, “Pick Her Up,” with Travis Tritt and a brand new song with Terri Clark.
“We were out on the road singing a lot of other people’s hits, and we called them Greatest Hits because by us singing them, it actually made them great,” Doug Douglason explains. “But this is a step beyond our Greatest Hits. This is all original material and it’s the best stuff to come out of Nashville from a man band in several decades.”
