HoneyFire BBQ Serves Mouthwatering Menu at Assembly Food Hall

HoneyFire BBQ, a locally owned southern bbq spot, just opened in Assembly Food Hall and you don’t want to miss this one! You may have been to their flagship restaurant at One Bellevue but this is a convenient new eatery, perfect for a meal before concerts at Bridgestone or the Ryman.

This new location strives to serve the same barbecue you know and love, while making you feel at home. I definitely felt at home with their warm staff! Although they can’t serve everything in the small quarters, they brought some of their bestsellers to the downtown food hall. My favorite was the Southern Shine with hickory smoked pulled pork, a fried green tomato, homemade pimento cheese (an incredible family recipe!), candied bacon and topped with HoneyFire Original Sauce. Don’t forget to order the flavorful green beans! These could probably convert a green bean hater. When you’re done with your meal, save room for dessert (I know it’s hard but just trust me) because the PB’Nana Pudding is to die for. I’m still thinking about it.

“It’s always been a dream of mine to open a barbecue restaurant since working my first job was at a pit barbeque restaurant at 14 and now to have two, I’m beyond grateful. The Assembly Food Hall team is the perfect partner for this expansion, and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us,” Ben Claybaker, owner of HoneyFire Barbeque says.

Go check out HoneyFire BBQ at Assembly Food Hall. They’re open Sunday through Thursday from 11 AM. to 10 PM and Friday through Saturday from 11 AM to 11 PM.
