Cold weather is the perfect excuse for a hot cocktail! This Holiday Toddy recipe will you keep warm all through the holidays — and beyond.
The Holiday Toddy is a festive twist on the classic favorite hot toddy. In this particular recipe, we use William Grant & Sons’ American whiskey, Fistful of Bourbon. This particular bourbon is a blend of five straight American bourbons aged at least two years.
Follow the directions below with and you’ll be on your way to a festive holiday cocktail. This warm treat is perfect for cold days and even great for a Christmas cocktail hour.
Holiday Toddy Recipe:
2 parts Fistful of Bourbon
2 parts hot water
1/2 part mint simple syrup
1/2 part fresh lime juice
1 bar spoon crème de cacao
2 dashes angostura bitters
Combine ingredients in a mug. Garnish with a large sprig of mint and freshly grated nutmeg and enjoy!
