Singer-songwriter Heidi Raye just released the music video for her new single. In the visual, she adds beauty to a “Junkyard.”
Raye’s new song was co-written by her with Georgia Thomas and Robin Grant and was produced by Grammy Award-winning Chuck Ainlay. Ainlay has also done production for George Strait, Reba McEntire, Miranda Lambert and David Nail. The upbeat track is about finding out the ghosts someone is hiding in their “Junkyard.”
Raye filmed this video in Franklin but the farm was transformed to look just like a junkyard. They added rusty old cars to the farm to make the song really come to life. Raye sits on them and sings between them, strumming her guitar. She also has a furry friend in the clip, an adorable alpaca that she occasionally serenades.
