July already comes with built-in excuses to eat ice cream, but this year, Hattie Jane’s Creamery is giving Nashville even more reason to celebrate.
The Tennessee-born ice cream shop is marking 10 years in business with a packed lineup of birthday events, limited-edition treats, giveaways and community celebrations happening throughout July across all five locations.
The festivities kick off with a new dessert collaboration that leans hard into birthday cake nostalgia. For one week only, Hattie Jane’s is serving a Celebration Parfait made with layers of SusieCakes Vanilla Celebration Cake, Hattie’s Vanilla ice cream, strawberry jam, whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles. The limited-time parfait will be available July 1 through July 7 while supplies last.
The first big event lands July 1 with a Birthday Block Party at the East Nashville scoop shop from noon to 3 p.m. Expect live radio broadcasts, giveaways, family-friendly activities and plenty of ice cream as the creamery officially kicks off National Ice Cream Month.
On July 19, in celebration of National Ice Cream Day, one customer at each location will score a Golden Ticket redeemable for free ice cream for a year. The first 10 guests who make a purchase at every shop that day will also receive complimentary tote bags packed with prizes, treats and merch.
And the giveaways won’t stop there. Throughout July, the creamery plans to host weekly social media contests where followers can win six-pint boxes of ice cream available for shipping or in-store pickup. The company is also teasing an additional surprise later in the month.
More information and updates on July events can be found through Hattie Jane’s social channels.
