Halloween is less than a week away and Nashville is already feeling spooky. There’s a plethora of things to do, regardless of if you want tricks or treats! Here’s a list of Halloween 2018 events in Nashville.
On Oct. 27, Taste Quest presents OctoberQuest. This event is a free, family-friendly festival at Richland Park on Charlotte Avenue. They’ll have cooking demos, games, apple cider, face painting and a food-themed scavenger hunt. Find out details here.
Disco is Dead Halloween Night Market Party
Starting at 10 PM on Oct. 26, this unique party happens at Tansuo. They’ll have free entry, complimentary dim sum and a live DJ. Details are here.
Haunted Museum Ghost Story Festival
This is one of the state museum’s most popular annual events and it’s back! They’ll share ghost stories from Tennessee’s past along with prizes and crafts. Attendees are encouraged to come in costume for a parade that starts at noon. Times and details are here.
At 3 Stanley, “a gathering of witches” will come together on Oct. 27. Patrons will get to dance the night away during a spooky evening. Tickets are $20 and are available here.
New Belgium Voodoo Halloween Extravaganza
On Oct. 29, there’s a free party at Mercy Lounge. Voodoo Ranger will be on hand for a Hoppy Halloween Party with our favorite 90s cover band, My So-Called Band. The party starts at 8 PM and includes music, beer and voodoo fun! Register for your space here.
Disco is Dead
It’s time for ACME‘s annual Halloween bash on Oct. 27! This year it’s themed, Disco is Dead, and the cause of death is a rough Saturday night fever. It’s $15 for entry and, as always, each floor is unique. Details are here.
The Forest Presents: Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon
On Halloween night, The Barbershop Theater is presenting this unique event with Brian Hull, Labrys Light Show and Ryan Middagh. Doors open at 7 with the show starting at 8. Tickets are $15.
Halloween Masquerade and Costume Ball
Iconic Dames present the 5th Annual Halloween Masquerade at The Standard on Oct. 27. The evening will be refined and they encourage masquerade, costumes or dapper apparel. They’ll have complimentary hors d’oeuvres and gift bags. Find more information here.

Red Rum Revue: Haunted Burlesque Show
If you’re looking for something a little more unique this Halloween season, this is the show for you! The show happens at Woolworth on 5th in their New Era Ballroom on Oct. 27. It’s The Shining themed and promises to be one of the most unique Middle Tennessee events this Halloween. If that wasn’t enough, there will be drink specials, a photo booth and a DJ. 404 Halloween Party
On Oct. 27, 404 is throwing their own Halloween party! DJ Achilles and DJ Exquisite will spin hip hop, top 40, reggaeton, house music and more. It starts at 9 PM and tickets are $15 here.
My So-Called Band’s Halloween Party
Ever wanted to channel your favorite 90s character for Halloween? This is the perfect excuse! The party happens at Cannery Ballroom and these tickets will sell out. It’s 18 and over and tickets range in price. The show is Oct. 27 at 9:30 PM.
Halloween at Black Rabbit
This event is a horror-themed dance party that happens on Halloween night. It starts at 8:30 PM and tickets are $35. Get your tickets here.
Guilty Pleasures’ Halloween Spooktacular
If 80s music is more up your alley, then this Halloween party is for you! The concert/party happens Oct. 27 at Mercy Lounge. Grab tickets here.
This year is the fifth annual LGBT Ball and this year it’s themed! They encourage attendees to come matching their dates or to come solo. Tickets come with free food and a free red carpet photo. It happens Oct. 27 at Hotel Preston and tickets are available here.
Broadway Boo Bash
Broadway Boo Bash is dubbed as downtown’s best costume contest and it happens on Oct. 27. The costume contest winners will walk away with cash prizes and DJ Danny Lewis will be spinning. More information is here.
Disco Daze Halloween Party
Put on some 70s gear and dance the night away at the Disco Daze Halloween Party. It’s Oct. 27 at Flamingo Cocktail Club. If that wasn’t enough, they’re also having a buy one get one half off special on tickets while supplies last. Tickets are here.

Halloween Movie Night: The Phantom of the Opera
On Oct. 30, the Schermerhorn Symphony Center will show the 1925 silent movie classic with music from Schermerhorn’s Martin Foundation Concert Organ. There’s also a photo booth, costume contest, prizes, ticket giveaways and more. Tickets are available through the Nashville Symphony’s website.
Crawl-O-Ween Pub Crawl

Va Va Vamp II: A Bloodthirsty Burlesque Revue
Rudy’s Jazz Room is also hosting a burlesque Halloween event but this one is actually on Halloween! Tickets are $25 and doors open at 8 with the show at 9. Vampire costumes are encouraged. Grab tickets here.
Dia De Los Muertos Tequila Dinner
This tequila dinner is a three-course meal with a tequila drink accompanying each course. Tickets include an appetizer, entree and dessert. A portion of the proceeds will go to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Grab your ticket and see details on the food here.
