It’s the first New Music Friday of Feb. and we already have a playlist of 16 songs! Today, there are new songs from John Anderson (feat. Blake Shelton), 5 Seconds of Summer, Blake Rose, Tenille Townes and Adam Lambert with Nile Rodgers.
Lambert is gearing up to release his fourth studio album, Velvet, on March 20. “Roses” is our newest taste of the album, where he’s doing something a little different. Lambert told Newsweek he didn’t focus on music trends but instead “my measure of success was: Does this feel real? Do I love it? And am I growing?”
Tenille Townes has a brand new EP that’s out today. Road to the Lemonade Stand is a six-track EP that includes “Somebody’s Daughter” and today’s pick, “Holding Out for the One.” You can get a copy of the EP by clicking on the artwork to the left.
Singer-songwriter Anna Dellaria also has a brand new song out today. “Sorry Doesn’t Work” is emotional and moving. It’s a story we’ve all lived — where we push someone away and, ultimately, regret it.
Green Day just dropped a brand new album. Father of All... is the five-time Grammy Award-winning rock band’s newest release with 10-tracks including “Oh Yeah!” and our personal favorite, “Meet Me on the Roof.”
Another album we’ve been (impatiently) waiting for is out today. The Cadillac Three‘s Country Fuzz is finally here. We got a sneak peek of the record last year and it’s everything we wanted it to be — and more.
On this week’s 16-song playlist, you’ll also find a new song from Meek Mill featuring Justin Timberlake and a new one from Justin Bieber. If you’re a fan of traditional country, you’ll want to check out John Anderson’s “Tuesday I’ll Be Gone” featuring Blake Shelton. See everything we love in the playlist below.
