Two Rivers Mansion will host a special “Minnie at the Mansion” event and reception on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2026, from 2–4 p.m. in (address, Donelson, TN. This one-time event will celebrate the country music hall of fame treasure Minnie Pearl through book presentation, performance, live music and audience engagement.
The event will feature a book presentation and Q&A session with award-winning authors Mary Ellen Pethel and Don Cusic, co-authors of Howdy! The Minnie Pearl Story. Attendees will also enjoy a special performance of “The News from Grinder’s Switch,” as performed by local actress Jenny Littleton bringing Minnie Pearl to life, accompanied by live music from noted musician Paul Carrol Binkley. The event takes place in the elegantly restored parlor room of Two Rivers Mansion. Light refreshments will be served.
Tickets are $35 per person or $30 for Friends of Two Rivers. Adult ticket prices include admission and a copy of Howdy! The Minnie Pearl Story. Kids tickets are $15.
