WHAT:
Soul Food Poetry Cafe, Nashville’s longest-running live music and spoken word showcase, presents its 5th Annual All-White Affair at City Winery.
The evening will feature:
- K-Love The Poet, Award-winning national spoken word artist
- TWO R&B powerhouse vocalists – from The Voice, the show-stopping Neci E., and none other than the dynamic I Am Nick Music!
- Quentin Michael Music Group – SFPC’s live house band
- Imani Rhema – Poet, founder of Soul Food Poetry Cafe, previews her release, A Woman’s Work
- Hosted by Dichotomy, Nashville’s internationally recognized, multi-award-winning poet
Guests are encouraged to dress in all white and enjoy an evening of poetry, music, and community celebrations.

Founded 18 years ago by Nashville poet Imani Rhema, Soul Food Poetry Cafe is the city’s longest-running live music and spoken word showcase. The event regularly features top national poets, local musicians, and powerhouse vocalists, making it a cornerstone of Nashville’s cultural arts scene.
WHY:
The All-White Affair is an annual tradition that celebrates artistry, culture, and community. This year’s event will also serve as a powerful finale to Black Business Month, spotlighting Black creatives and entrepreneurs in Nashville.
