How’d it happen? A true story of ‘brotherly love’ – Perfectly Fine’s co-owner Scout Crampton moved to Nashville in 2018, not knowing a single person. He was living in Hermitage and happened upon Nadeen’s Hermitage Haven. It was clearly a spot for locals, and he felt a little out of place as he sat at the bar. Within minutes, owner John Hoffman approached with a welcoming introduction. The two became industry colleagues and friends, and Scout became a regular at Nadeen’s. A few years later when John shared the news that he’d be taking Nadeen’s famous cheesesteak to The Nations through a new concept, Brotherly Love, Scout said, “That’s awesome, but I’m never on that side of town.” Six months later, he found the perfect space for Perfectly Fine… just around the corner. Neighbors again, they decided to cook up a collaboration – and you’re all invited!

- Classic cheesesteak – Thinly sliced center cut ribeye, with or without onions, with whiz or Cooper Sharp cheese on a fresh Amoroso roll
- Chicken cheesesteak – Tender seasoned chicken breast, with or without onions, with whiz or Cooper Sharp cheese on a fresh Amoroso roll
- BBQ chicken cheesesteak – Tender, seasoned chicken breast in housemade BBQ sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, pineapple, jalapenos, red onions, and bacon, drizzled with whiz on a fresh Amoroso roll
- Chopped Elaina – Chopped ham, pepperoni, hot capicola, Genoa salami, provolone, onions, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, and a housemade vinaigrette on a fresh Amoroso roll
