Fonda Taste of Mexico on March 3, 2026

12 South neighborhood restaurant, Fonda will host their next quarterly Taste of Mexico dinner series on March 3, 2026, only this time, there is a 70% charity component to bring the community together. Here is the booking link.

“We are partnering with the University School of Nashville for our Taste of Mexico Dinner Series to raise funds for their needs-based scholarship endowment”, says Fonda Owner, Howard Greenstone. “Chef Roberto Santibanez, born and raised in Mexico City, will cook some of the most indigenous dishes from the neighborhoods of Polanco to the zocalo. Included in the dinner series ticket will be 5-courses as well as pairings with spirits and wines from Mexico”.
