Fancypants x Saap Saap BBQ Collaboration

Join Fancypants for the second installment of its BBQ collaboration series, this time partnering with Saap Saap BBQ, a concept centered around Southern BBQ with the influence of Lao cuisine by Clinton Spruill and Amy Watson, now residing in Harding House Brewing Co. Guests can expect a “meat & three” style dinner menu built by both teams, featuring smoked beef, pork, and fish options along with cabbage, peach sticky rice, and specialty sauces. The team will also be pouring a selection of rare allocated bourbons to pair with the meal. All items on the special one-night-only menu will be available à la carte, and a $5 nonrefundable deposit is taken at the time of booking as the ticket price and will be credited towards the final bill on the night of the event. Reservations are available until 8 p.m., and walk-ins will be accepted until sold out.
