Details for the 4th Annual Dueling Pianos for Waves are here!
The event is set for Thursday, Sept. 6 with Tim Atwood and Chrissy Sparks battling it out. They’ll duel at Franklin’s Graystone Quarry, a stunning abandoned rock quarry that has been given new life. Proceeds from the evening will benefit Waves, Inc. Waves’ mission is to “empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to progress toward their full potential.”
Doors for the event open at 6 PM when attendees will get to explore the event space while tasting food and drinking Grandaddy Mimm’s Authentic Moonshine. They’ll also have both live and silent auctions with one-of-a-kind items.
After that, the show will start at 7:30 PM. At that time, Atwood and Sparks will take their seats at pianos facing each other. Patrons will tip them to get them to sing and play the piano-centric songs. They also encourage singing along!
