Coti Howell for Nashville Noise

Curry Boys BBQ has quickly become one of East Nashville’s most unique dining spots, and we finally tried it out! Housed in a charming pink house with a vibrant interior and spacious patio, the restaurant combines Thai flavors with Texas-style barbecue for a unique culinary experience.

We started with the smoked edamame, which was chilled and lightly sweet, topped with crispy fried onions. From there, the entrées impressed: the Brisket Smoke Show features post-oak smoked brisket paired with a rich green curry (made even better with house chili and pickles), while the Good Luck Cluck brings peppery smoked chicken thigh with velvety yellow curry.

To sip, you’ll find a small but mighty cocktail list alongside Thai favorites like Singha beer (seriously, give it a try!). And for dessert? Don’t miss the ube cheesecake topped with toasted coconut. Creamy, colorful, and absolutely delicious, it’s the perfect ending.

Between the atmosphere, bold menu, and friendly service, Curry Boys BBQ is a must-try for anyone looking for fresh flavor in East Nashville.
