Fox Restaurant Concepts is bringing its popular Culinary Dropout brand to Franklin. The new restaurant officially opens its doors today (Sept. 10).
Billed as a modern spot with a passion for live music, great cocktails, and scratch-made comfort food, Culinary Dropout aims to be both a neighborhood hangout and a destination for visitors.
The menu features signature dishes like the 36-Hour Pork Ribs, BBQ Pork Belly Nachos, and an array of sandwiches and salads, alongside shareable appetizers such as Soft Pretzels with provolone fondue. Guests can also expect a great bar program with craft cocktails, beer, and wine.
Culinary Dropout is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, the team behind North Italia, Blanco Cocina + Cantina, and other popular dining destinations. The Franklin location will host regular live music in addition to its food and drink offerings.
